I provide ongoing individual and family therapy for adolescents and adults using an approach centering your experience as the expert. I have experience with complex trauma, OCD, anxiety, life changes, and processing impacts of oppression. 

My role is to hold space while you go through the journey of experimenting with change and deepening your understanding of yourself and your body. Your strength makes this experimentation possible. I hope to create a safe (enough) environment while leaning towards curiosity about how you want to show up for yourself.  Another part of my role is to provide you with tools and gentle nudges along the way.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana and Ohio. I am specifically trained in several modalities and hold credentials including:

• Completed Gestalt Training Program and additional training through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland

• Inference-Based CBT  & Exposure Response Prevention (treatments for OCD)

• Certificate in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies through  Collectively Rooted

Most importantly, my therapy practice celebrates queerness, kink, non-monogamy, sex work, fat bodies, neurodiversity, and any person who needs a safe place to explore, experiment, and grow towards liberation.
